Ibiza Michelin Star restaurants you shouldn't miss
We never forget that Ibiza's gastronomy is as rich as it is surprising. Explore the best addresses recommended by the Michelin Guide with us!
From traditional Ibizan dishes to inventive dishes, the cuisine gives pride of place to the island's resources, from fish and seafood to fruits and vegetables from the kitchen's garden.
The Michelin Guide adds new additions to its list of must-see Ibiza holiday restaurants every year. We present our favorites to you:
ES TRAGON **
Es Tragon restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2019 and it was the first restaurant on the island to receive this tribute. The establishment is housed in a warm villa surrounded by a wooded garden overlooking the Mediterranean, not far from Sant Antoni de Portmany.
It is a true haven of peace where you can enjoy a gourmet menu created by chef Alvaro Sanz Clavijo and his team. The cuisine creatively reinvents Mediterranean classics. Each dish comes with its own unique story: a festival of flavors, colors and textures.
Since 1984, Es Torrent established itself as an exceptional address in the bay of Paroig in the south of the island. They serve excellent seafood and fish in a unique setting. Despite its beach club look, we don't party there. We especially enjoy the view of the crystal clear waters and red cliffs. The authentic dishes are unforgettable.
We particularly love the bullit de peix, black rice and baked lobster. The sound of the waves and the smell of the pine forest make Es Torrent a very special Ibizan moment that continues to a hammock on the beach.

EDÉN RESTAURANTE & LOUNGE
An El Dorado of gastronomy
Edén is aptly named. The establishment offers an idyllic view of the port of San Miguel, a magical place to enjoy the best of nature and Ibizan cuisine. Its chef Fran Lopèz has already received two Michelin stars and he is the fourth youngest Michelin star chef in the world!
In Edén, you can taste Spanish cuisine based on gazpachos, rice and seafood. The unique atmosphere, refined architecture and live music make an evening at Edèn an unforgettable moment during your luxury holiday in Ibiza.
In Can Carlos, a luxury hotel in Ibiza, Can Curreu offers a very popular luxury restaurant in Ibiza. In a rustic and warm environment, the menu offers traditional dishes with inventive touches and products from the vegetable garden. Its location is far from the hustle and bustle of the party.
The dishes can be tasted on a very pleasant terrace, facing the colors of the orange groves, the garden and the sunset. We recommend the candied suckling pig and the steak tartare, followed by delicious homemade desserts.

For a romantic dinner
Facing the mystical rock of Es Vedra, perched on a cliff in Cala d'Hort, Es Boldado offers a breathtaking view of the sea, yellow sand and cliffs. While the view is unique, so is the menu. It is El Boldado's menu that makes it one of the most popular restaurants on the island.
People come here for the exceptional seafood: squid and prawns a la plancha, bullit de peix, and lobster. The selection of paellas is surely the best in Ibiza. We come here in the evening on its terrace to admire a romantic sunset.
Es Xarcu is right on the water, and is one of the locals' favorite addresses, which they keep a secret. With a breathtaking view over the bay of Xarcu cove, facing the boats that come to moor, this Michelin Guide Ibiza restaurant offers fresh and local fish on large silver platters.
Regulars come and go for its paella and fish stew. The hams, brought back from the Granada region by Mariano Torres, owner of Es Xarcu, are also worth a visit.
