In the ultra contemporary restaurant of this superb hotel, the focus is on the sea. The view over the bay is enchanting and the food seems to capture the very essence of the Mediterranean.
The menu exudes airy modernity that sublimates spices, textures and sauces tirelessly made by the chef. Some exotic notes produce unique but always balanced contrasts.

La Signoria *
Imagine a splendid manor house, nestled in a pine forest, whose terrace looks onto the Mediterranean garden. With elegant 18th-century décor, the restaurant takes you on a gastronomic journey through time and history.
It is a fitting setting for the work of a chef, who, notwithstanding his Burgundy roots, respectfully assembles Mediterranean Corsican ingredients with obvious skill.

La Table de la Ferme *
In the centre of the Domaine de Murtoli, an impressive 2 500 hectare property larger than Monaco, this sizeable building built in 2013 looks like a weathered old farmhouse. The fish are caught opposite the estate, the saffron is supplied by the neighbour, the vegetables and herbs come from the garden
With a terrace overlooking the golf course and fabulous wine cellars, the large, inviting dining room with arches and monumental fireplaces serves chic but rustic cuisine, all year round. However, our favourite spot to dine is in the terrace, enveloped by trees.
Smoked cape prawns with immortelle wood in emulsified broth
Grilled veal with fig and candied onion and honey
Hazelnut Marigny with Nepita honey sorbet
