Since 2013, we have curated one of the finest collections of venues in the world. From our collection we have put together an exclusive catalogue of event ready properties as well as partnering with the best venues Ibiza and Mallorca have to offer. Our vision of producing events with breathtaking views, embellished with extraordinary experiences is now a reality. This is a natural evolution for Le Collectionist as we are answering many requests from our clients who wish to celebrate special events in our exclusive collection of properties.

To introduce this new service, we sat down with Sophie, our event manager who has expert knowledge of our stunning destinations.

Could you introduce yourself and your expertise on the team?

I'm Sophie, event planner at Le Collectionist for Ibiza and Mallorca.  After moving to the Balearics in 2013, I spent 5 years in Mallorca creating large wedding and event productions for international clients at a boutique events agency. After 12 years in the industry and many years in the Balearics my experience and knowledge of our beautiful islands means we are able to bring you the best that our destinations have to offer in venues, suppliers, creative concepts, logistical planning and of course the very best care for our clients.

What kind of events do you do?

What types of services do you offer?

Creating an event in a far away destination is no easy task. As your event and destination experts we offer all planning services from venue finding to full event planning as well as destination management for our clients who cannot be here in person. Our exclusive collection of villas means our venue matching service is special and unique to each client.
