1. Lose yourself in the vineyards

Get into a vintage car and take the road through the Maures massif. You have an appointment with a cellar master at the Château Saint-Maur. Located in Cogolin, about ten kilometres from St Tropez, this wine estate owes its name to the former monastery it houses.

After a tour of the cellars, let yourself be guided through the vineyards to the 400 year old oak tree. Settle down in the shade of its leaves for a tasting of the estate's wines, which are among the "Crus Classés des Côtes de Provence". You can't resist the temptation to buy a few cases of it, to sprinkle on barbecues and late aperitifs.

2. Organise a pool party at Villa Hanoi

The sun sets in the azure sky: it's time to return to Villa Hanoi. Located just a stone's throw from Pampelonne, it is accessible directly from the beach, via a private path. By the pool, the candy-pink deckchairs evoke the art deco architecture of Miami and invite you to prolong the party.

Everyone gathers in the garden, around the outdoor bar, to toast while watching the sunset over the sea. The song of the cicadas gives way to the rattling of ice cubes in the cocktails. You can even hear the music coming from the mythical Club 55, just a few minutes walk away. Villa Hanoi is an extension of the beach clubs of St Tropez, where you can enjoy pool parties, barbecues and movies under the stars.

WHAT TO VISIT IN ST TROPEZ WITH FAMILY

You would never have thought of it, however, visiting St Tropez with kids can be a real pleasure. Between gourmet breaks on the Place des Lices, sailing trips along the coast and discovering the coastal paths, get to know an unknown St Tropez, and loved by families.

1. Board a pirate ship

You can't visit St Tropez without exploring its coasts. Take your children aboard a pirate ship for a treasure hunt that will lead you to a real jewel of the Mediterranean: the island of Port-Cros.

Wilder and less frequented than its big sister Porquerolles, the island is the favourite stopover of our favorite things to do in St Tropez. Drop anchor and plunge into the azure blue water to meet the dozens of species of fish that inhabit the seabed of the Port-Cros nature park. The more skilful will prefer to climb up on a paddle and make their way to the deserted beach of Port-Man.

2. Have lunch on the edge of the beach

It is our team's favourite beach and the favourite address of the regulars of St Tropez. This hidden treasure shelters an ocean of small blue parasols. Here, at the beach of Les Salins, children can splash around in the crystal-clear water without fear, while the older children bask in the sun. Come here early, to enjoy the beach before the sun hits too hard.

Soon it will be at its peak. Midday calls, and you return to the terrace of the restaurant Les Salins. In this restaurant with a relaxed family welcome, you can choose between two different atmospheres: for lunch, you can play the modern Robinsons and taste grilled fish, with your feet in the water; in the evening, you can opt for the pizzeria situated on the first floor terrace, a clever mix between Italy and an island at the end of the world.

what to VISIT in St tropez with a lover

In "And God created Woman", Roger Vadim described St Tropez as the city of love. And with good reason: one can only fall in love with this ancient fishing village, with its small colourful houses and its scorching sun. Discover our favourite addresses to visit the romantic St Tropez.

1. Bring your A-game to the Vague d'Or

Get dressed up: you are expected at the table of Arnaud Donckele, the youngest three-starred chef in the Michelin guide. This address with your feet in the water is a treat for the eyes and the taste buds. In the plate of the Vague d'Or: a refined and creative cuisine, inspired by Provence.

Choose between the menu "Au fil du temps", which revisits timeless Mediterranean recipes, and the menu "Balade Épicurienne", in seven acts, reserved for the daring. Seafood is combined with local flavours, while the sommelier guides you through the wine route of Provence and elsewhere. An exceptional dinner, to be (not) reserved for special occasions.

2. Enjoy a couple's massage on the roof of the Galilea apartment

Far from the hustle and bustle of the port and the Place des Lices, a stone's throw from the Citadel, the Appartement Galilea flat is perched high above the village. From its panoramic terrace you have a breathtaking view: the orange roofs of old St Tropez, the hills covered with umbrella pines and the Mediterranean Sea stretching to the horizon.

Settle comfortably on the massage table and enjoy a unique moment of relaxation in complete privacy. Let yourself be swept away by the relaxing movements, combined with the last rays of sunlight that caress your skin. Continue this enchanting interlude after the massage with a dinner under the stars prepared by a private chef.
