We think that the hottest restaurants in St Tropez are not always the most famous ones. So we have created our exclusive list of the best restaurants for every occasion, from lunch to poolside dining, you'll definitely find what you're looking for here!

La Vague d’Or

Hottest St Tropez restaurant by the sea

Arnaud Donckele is none other than the youngest chef to have 3 stars in the Michelin restaurant guide. His cuisine is creative and delicate - especially the turbot cooked in seawater. The contemporary, colorful dressings make each plate sublime. We like the refinement of this locale under the maritime pines, a stone's throw from the famous Bouillabaisse beach.

Résidence de la Pinède - Plage de la Bouillabaisse BP105 - 83990 Saint-Tropez

La Petit Plage

Hottest restaurant at the port of St Tropez

La Petit Plage is an elegantly decorated seafood restaurant with a lounge bar and view of the port. The menu was created by the Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon, offering a fresh and modern summer palate with Mediterranean accents. At nightfall, the musical atmosphere is the best place to enjoy the warm nights of St Tropez.

9 quai Jean-Jaurès, Saint-Tropez, 83990, France

Le Salama

Hottest Moroccan restaurant in St Tropez

Another one of St Tropez's hottest restaurants located on Places des Lices, Salama transports you to the Mediterranean Sea where spices, vegetables, dried fruits, meats and fish fuse together to give you a plate reminiscent of the sun and Morocco's exotic flavours. Quite surprisingly, as Moroccan isn't the conventional brunch cuisine, it's one of our favourite mid-morning spots. A must-have? Moroccan tea with a selection of traditional Moroccan cakes. It's the perfect way to start your day.

1 Chemin des Conquettes - 83990 Saint-Tropez

Cucina Byblos

Hottest restaurant in St Tropez for a relaxed evening

Located in the mythical hotel Le Byblos Saint-Tropez, Cucina offers authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed, contemporary and colourful atmosphere. It is in the magical setting of the Byblos Hotel in St Tropez that starred chef Alain Ducasse has imagined the most elegant Italian restaurant on the French Riviera.

Cucina Byblos, 27 Avenue Foch, 83990 Saint-Tropez

Le Yaca

Hottest Italian restaurant in St Tropez

Le Yaca is situated in the very heart of the village and yet as soon as you step inside, you feel like you have stepped out of time. In its small garden hidden away behind a beautiful country house, you immediately feel at home. The facade is overrun with ivy, the few wrought iron tables are huddled around the pool under a huge palm tree, the light subdued: everything is delicate and romantic in this little Italian corner of paradise. Order the "Alla Yaca" pasta in advance, prepared directly in a Parmesan cheese wheel.

Boulevard d'Aumale, 83990 Saint-Tropez

hottest restaurant in st tropez for GLOBAL cuisine

Hottest Asian restaurant in St Tropez

Banh-Hoï is a perfect setting for a romantic dinner. The candles are lit, flowers decorate the tables and the spicy, delicate cuisine completes the picture. It is inspired by Vietnam, Japan and Thailand, a perfect trio for fine cuisine. We like the whole menu but are particularly fond of the Laotian crêpes.

12 Rue du Petit Saint-Jean, 83990 Saint-Tropez

La Sauvageonne

Hottest bar in St Tropez

Feel the rhythm of the night in the chic rustic setting of this cocktail bar in Ramatuelle. The bar offers the best rums, tequilas, excellent cocktails, as well as a cigar cellar. The tunes of the 70s, 80s, and DJ Sets will have you skipping to the beat until late into the night.

Route de Bonne Terrasse, 83350 Ramatuelle, France

Le Tigrr

Hottest restaurant for a fancy dinner in St Tropez

Le Tigrr, the tiger that is the Vietnamese symbol of the restaurant, has found its den in the heart of the Ermitage Hotel in St Tropez. Their tasty menu is a mix of asian influences consisting of spring rolls, sushi, and dimsum. Aside from that, they have excellently enhanced their menu with some interpretation of local specialities, such as the Thaï bouillabaisse which is a must-try! It's the ideal place to have dinner whilst enjoying the terrace's panoramic view of the Gulf of St Tropez.
14 Avenue Paul Signac, 83990 Saint-Tropez, France

Hottest restaurant for an animated Italian dinner

Here you have one of the latest restaurants in St Tropez to open on Place des Lices. Noto is an ode to the cuisine of southern Italy, a festive experience in the purest art of Mediterranean sharing. What we love: starting the evening with a game of pétanque.

Dior des Lices

Hottest restaurant for brunch

Set in the lush green area of a beautiful peach Provençal building with baby blue shutters, Dior des Lices is one of the fanciest addresses in St Tropez, and our favourite brunch spot for mimosas and tea. Our favourite routine: come first thing in the morning and order the 'Petit-Déjeuner Dior' which comes complete with a cappuccino bearing the luxury house's logo. There's no way more luxurious to start your day.
