The new restaurant of the Byblos Hotel is courtesy of Alain Ducasse, and without a doubt one of the best Italian restaurants in St Tropez. In the kitchen, chef Rocco Seminara’s team prepares pasta dishes and Neapolitan pizzas, always from the produce of the neighbouring vegetable garden. A true Italian venue to visit with friends, family and children (who will no doubt yield to the call of the generous chocolate pizza!)
