Villa Utopia
At the end of a private path lies Villa Utopia, a sprawling oasis of luxury in the heart of nature. Influenced by Moroccan architecture, this home is a unique gem on the island. Its gorgeous, stucco exterior is complemented by splashes of colour throughout the decor.
Eccentric personalities will be able to appreciate the vibrant interior design, and quirks of the home. The design is an exciting blend of eccentric textures, bold statement pieces, and natural wood. The boundaries between indoors and outdoors blur with endless places to sit back and relax.
Outside, the possibilities are endless on this spacious estate. Beautiful gardens surround the Olympic-sized swimming pool and jacuzzi, the perfect way to refresh yourself after a day lounging in the sun. Have lunch prepared by the live-in staff, and dine under the gazebo overlooking the sea. If you need a moment to yourself, take some time to meditate or have a massage underneath a peaceful pergola in the most tranquil part of the garden.
In the afternoon, visit the donkeys that live on the estate before gathering the family for dinner around the barbeque. If you’re in the mood for a day trip, visit a nearby vineyard for a taste of local Spanish wines. Whatever your preference, Villa Utopia truly lives up to its name.
Villa Blue
Perched in the mountains, Villa Blue boasts one of the best views on the island. The villa’s stunning, modern architecture stands out against the beautiful nature that surrounds it. Its sleek, elegant interior creates a clean, refreshing atmosphere that will provide a cool respite on a hot summer day. Located on the family friendly, northern end of the island, it is within driving distance to many great restaurants, shops and beaches to explore!
Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light and ensure that you won’t miss a moment of the gorgeous views outside. Take a short walk around the gardens, filled with pruned cypress trees, palm trees, and orchids. If you need some entertainment, play a match on the bocce ball court, check out the billiards room, or relax in the TV room.
Start your day by relaxing on the terrace with a good book, then take a dip in the swimming pool. All three meals will be prepared by your private chef, so you will have all the time you need to experience all that the villa has to offer. For a day trip, gather your own salt in the Jant Jordi marshes, and discover the history of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Villa Beth
A new construction, Villa Beth is a modern haven of luxury. Large windows form the exterior, lighting up its chic, industrial design. Check out the eccentric modern art scattered around the home before sunbathing on the terrace overlooking both the city and the sea. This home is also equipped with private, 24/7 security to give you complete peace of mind during your stay.
On the southern part of the island, it is close to Es Cubells, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars! If you fancy a trip to the beach, you have a private trail that will lead you to Es Torrent, a gorgeous, white sand beach with plenty of room to relax and delicious seafood restaurants to try. When you return, cool off with a dip in the pool, then have a refreshment at the outdoor bar. End the day by gathering for dinner on the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset over the island, and rest up to go rock climbing the next day!
Villa Gabri
Surrounded by nature, Villa Gabri is a unique blend of contemporary and traditional styles. Its façade is a combination of exposed stone, stucco, and natural wood. Large windows and vaulted ceilings form the spacious interior. The Villa lies in the south, surrounded by fields so you won't have any neighbours bothering you or obstructing the gorgeous sea view.

Villa Amano
The embodiment of Mediterranean style, Villa Amano lies in the heart of a lush field. Villa Furie
High in the hills, Villa Furie is a rustic retreat steeped in tradition and warmth.
