A stay at Verbier ski resort: skiing, luxury, and thrills.
Head for the Swiss mountains in one of the region's most popular and glamorous resorts. Let us take you to discover the Verbier ski resort, in the 4 valleys ski area, a real haunt for experienced skiers and lovers of free rides.

VERBIER: A MULTIFACETED RESORT

At the first light of day, the ski resort of Verbier wakes up slowly. The sun begins its daily course and lights up the snow-capped peaks of the Mountains. In the warmth of your typically Savoyard-style chalet, you see the first signs of activity in the morning. Many have already put on their skis to set off on the resort's many slopes.

You too, get ready and embark on the ski lifts to the Verbier ski area. Experienced skiers or beginners, with family, friends or alone, the Verbier resort offers a wide range of activities to enjoy the pleasures of the mountain. Skiing is not the only joy of the area, this cosmopolitan resort has so much to offer. Between snowshoe trails, gastronomy, off-piste skiing and frenzied nightlife , the Swiss resort will amaze you.

Verbier station, the crested valley

After a good day on the slopes, it's time to take advantage of the resort, head for the after-skis. A pioneer in the genre, the Rouge, at the foot of the slopes, welcomes you with music. The only imposed dress code: a hat and jumpsuit. In Verbier, it is impossible to get bored, because this resort attracts the gentry in winter clothes every year who consider it an ideal vacation spot. There are just a few luxury hotels in the region, but magnificent chalets all around the resort to take advantage of the remarkable ski area. The nightlife is also fiery, from institutions like the Farm Club to trendy clubs like the Farinet which delight its visitors.

Verbier Ski: The resort for all challenges

At the heart of the 4 Vallées resort and its 400 kilometers of ski slopes, the Verbier resort and its peaks offer unique gliding areas and exciting off-piste. Many consider it to be the best ski resort in this area. Real Eldorado is for lovers of virgin snow, and each cable car leads to corridors of black runs and paths never taken before. Don't panic, the resort guarantees secure terrain, far from avalanche risks. The resort, one of the most famous in Europe, welcomes the most experienced skiers and snowboarders.

OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANTS AT VERBIER SKI RESORT

At Dany's

Get ready for an authentic dining experience. To get there, you have options. You can access the restaurant by car, but we choose to go up there on snowshoes. After 15 minutes of walking in the snow, we are happy to curl up in the warm space of this mountain chalet. At Dany, we were seduced by the traditional recipes created with fresh and seasonal products. We recommend for you to share a fondue in typical Savoyard spirit.

La Table d'Adrien

A little away from the turmoil of Verbier, there is a chalet that combines refinement and tradition. The restaurant's chef, originally from Puglia, prepares sumptuous pasta. It is no great surprise that we find this establishment in the pages of the Michelin guide. The wine list is also very rich and the advice of the sommelier greatly appreciated. At La Table d'Adrien you can also eat on the terrace facing an incredible view, which further adds to the fact that this restaurant is definitely worth a visit during your winter sports vacation.

Mont Fort igloo

We could not miss the presentation of this atypical restaurant / bar perched at the top of the mountain. In this Igloo, taste regional specialties facing an extraordinary panorama at an altitude of 3,300 meters. With Mont blanc, Matterhorn, and Weisshorn, there are more than 110 summits that you can have fun guessing which is which.

Le Caveau

Unmissable in the resort, Le Caveau has been operating for 50 years in the heart of the Savoyard village. In its cellars, find your joy among a selection of 250 kinds of artisanal cheeses from the region, made from raw milk, matured, from the best mountain pastures of the Bagnes valley.

Chalet SirrocoThe Collection

Dominating the valley, nestled on a belvedere and leaning against the side of Mont de Savoleyres, Chalet Sirroco enjoys a breathtaking view of the resort. At the foot of the slopes, it allows you to warm up in the cozy lounge, crossed by the light, around a welcoming fireplace.

After a long day on the slopes, relax in the basement of the chalet where a gentle waterfall plunges into a heated swimming pool. A must-have during a luxury ski vacation!

Chalet Octave

The Collection

In the middle of the conifers and standing in front of the eternal snow of the summits, Chalet Octave is a comforting refuge. The rich and thick materials of the living room combined with the rustic pine paneling warmly welcomes weary skiers.

Our favorite activity nearby is a visit to the Laiterie de Verbier, just a few steps away, where you can learn how to make your own cheese.

Chalet Daphne

The Collection

Chalet Daphné is ideally located as close as possible to the resort's centre. It is easy to enjoy the village and its restaurants. With its mountain charm, its shades of wood, black, gray and red, this warm residence is wildly sophisticated. In the morning, sit on the terrace for lunch under the first rays of the Swiss sun.

THE ESSENTIAL SITES OF THE SKI RESORT

Direction Mont Gelé

Put on your skis, put on your goggles, grab your ski passes and get on the cable car as we set off for an invigorating journey to Mont Gelé. From its 3,518 meters high, this mountain is one of the resort's iconic locations. At the top, the view is breathtaking, as you can admire the entire valley of the Alps: with Italy, Switzerland, Mont Blanc, a 360° panorama extends in front of you.

Now is the time to come down. Here, no track is visible. That's also the charm of Verbier's ski resort: the freedom to make your way in the middle of the immaculate snow. The different routes allow you to discover the mountain in all aspects.

Face to face with Bec des Rosses

If this name is not foreign to you, it is because it is particularly known for having hosted the final of the Free Ride World Tour for several consecutive years. It is a competition bringing together the best riders in the world. It is possible to venture there, but we only recommend it to the most determined and talented among you. We're contented to contemplate this intimidating summit from the natural amphitheater of the sunny plateau of the Col des Gentianes.

The kings of skiing in Verbier

Recover your youthful spirit and set off on the longest toboggan run in French-speaking Switzerland. To get there, you have to board a cable car from La Tzoumaz. We climb to 2,354 meters above sea level in the Savoleyres sector where an incredible view awaits you on the Rhône plain and the mountain peaks. If you are not into speed and thrills, no worries, it is possible to take your time. During this descent of 834 meters, you will encounter landscapes worthy of fairy tales, large white expanses and a passage through the enchanted forests of the valley.

Mont 4 Zipline, the Tyrolean of Verbier

Now how about putting your skis aside and getting your adrenaline pumping on the longest zip line in the world? This is what the Verbier ski resort offers you to experience at the top of Mont Fort at an altitude of 3,300 meters. 1,400 meters of cable, a top speed set at around 130km / h, this attraction is intended for those who are not afraid of anything. During the descent, we have the chance to fly over the Torrin glacier, and it is a thrilling experience that the whole family can have.
