LA CUCINA BYBLOS
The most authentic
Less than 300 metres from the Place des Lices, you would think yourself at the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The new restaurant of the Byblos Hotel is courtesy of Alain Ducasse, and without a doubt one of the best Italian restaurants in St Tropez. In the kitchen, chef Rocco Seminara’s team prepares pasta dishes and Neapolitan pizzas, always from the produce of the neighbouring vegetable garden. A true Italian venue to visit with friends, family and children (who will no doubt yield to the call of the generous chocolate pizza!)

Here you find a familiar and casual atmosphere of a Trattoria, but with a slightly more elaborate cuisine. Begin the meal by sharing a few antipasti while sipping a Spritz – naturally.
