Waking up by the sea at Villa Reda
On the east coast of Ibiza, Villa Reda has a breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby island of Formentera. Outside, the infinity pool seems to extend down to the sea. In the morning, you wake up to the singing of the birds and enjoy the sunny weather for breakfast on the terrace. Then you head for the secret cove of Cala Olivera, less than a 10 minute walk, for an invigorating dip in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.
On the way home, you meet your yoga teacher. For the session, there is a choice: gym or poolside? You take this time to relax and refocus, following the philosophy of well-being that is always in vogue in Ibiza. After 45 minutes of yoga, the day can begin, heading to the island's iconic hippie market.
A stop at the hippie market of Las Dalias
After a 30-minute drive along the breathtaking scenery of the wild coast, you arrive at the seaside resort of Santa Eulalia. Located nearby, Las Dalias is the island's unmissable flea market, perfect for soaking up Ibiza's hippie culture. Open every Wednesday and Saturday evenings in summer, the market is a paradise for finding bohemian objects, vintage clothes and handmade jewellery. Stroll through this temple of the 70s, with more than 200 stalls.
Lunch on the seafront at Cala Bonita
After wandering through the alleys of the market, you get lost on a secret path that leads to the almost wild beach of Cala Bonita. The restaurant there is well worth the effort. Here, you have lunch in front of the sea in a magical setting. Delicious cuisine, service with the utmost care, this is the ideal place to relax with the family.
On the menu: rice with lobster, lentil salad and fried squid, a treat! After lunch, you can take the time to rest in one of the deckchairs set up on the beach in the shade of the parasols. This lunch right on the beach is our must for a holiday in Ibiza.
A dive in the canyons of Es Vedra
You set off to discover the diving site of the Es Vedra canyon, one of the best in the Balearic Islands for lovers of underwater adventures. At the foot of the isle of Es Vedra, you explore three narrow canyons, serving as refuges for hundreds of species, anemones, sponges and starfish. An unforgettable moment for experienced divers.
Lazing around in Cala d'Hort
After that unforgettable experience, you have a break at Cala d'Hort. Right opposite the mysterious rock formation of Es Vedra, Cala d’Hort is the ideal spot for resting on the beach until sunset. You spend the end of the day lazing on this cove protected from the wind by the high cliffs. Then you climb to the top of the cliffs for a breathtaking view of the sea with Formentera on the horizon. Here you admire the most beautiful sunset of the island.
Another option after the dive is to return to Villa Eloise to admire the sunset from the terrace and take a mixology course in front of the sea. You listen carefully to the advice of an experienced mixologist to create our signature cocktail.
Fusion food at "La Gaia"
At nightfall, you set off again for the port of Cala Talamanca in the city of Ibiza. Located in the 5-star Gran Hotel, the restaurant La Gaia is known for its fusion food inspired by Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Here, chefs reinvent the culinary traditions of both countries. You can sit under an amazing artistic installation of hanging jellyfish to sip a Wasabi Martini and taste ceviche-style oysters with ikura fish roe. During your holiday in Ibiza, the choice of restaurants is extensive. Traditional tapas, gastronomic restaurants or street food, Ibiza's gastronomic scene can rival all the biggest capitals.
A drink at KM5
After this tasty dinner, you go for a drink at the KM5. Known for its legendary evenings that maintain the myth of the island, the KM5 is a must-see establishment, the perfect place to start an evening that will stretch until the end of the night. In an atypical setting, under Berber tents, you can order cocktails carefully prepared by mixologists. The secret to dancing until the end of the night?
