When planning a luxury break in St Tropez, everyone has an idea of what to expect... Some will already see themselves dressed in white, a glass of champagne in hand, on the beach of Pampelonne; others will immediately think of the bright red terrace of Sénéquier or the colorful facades of the houses in the port, immortalized on oil paintings.

For still others, it is not images that the name St Tropez will recall, but sensations: the regressive flavor of a slice of Tropezian pie, the iodized breath of the Mistral or the welcome freshness of the Mediterranean after a hot night.

St tropez Weekend : day 1

Take the owner's tour

9h : Have a coffee at Sénéquier café

The port of St Tropez is still silent at this hour. The night birds have just returned to their nests, inside the yachts or in their luxury villas, while the fishermen have just returned from their rounds, their arms loaded with fish for the Bouillabaisse.

This is the perfect time to settle down on the mythical terrace of Sénéquier to sip a coffee and enjoy the calm before the (joyful) storm. On your way out, make a stop by the covered market, just next door, where the fish market is located, to choose a beautiful sea bass or a sea bream.

11h : take a tour of the market

A vacation in St Tropez, with family or friends, would not be complete without a trip to the Place des Lices market. Stroll through the alleys, in the shade of the plane trees, and choose the ingredients that will make up your lunch.

On the menu: melons gorged with sugar and local charcuterie as a starter, sunny vegetables cooked in olive oil as a main course, and Tropezian pie for the desert. All served with cold rosé wine, of course.

17h : explore the old town

After lunch, we wait for the heat to die down while we play our national sport: naptime. Once rested, you can set off to discover the old town of St Tropez. Its maze of narrow streets can be explored on foot. Start with the Chapelle Saint-Anne, then head towards the Citadel

Climb on its roof terrace from where you have a panoramic view of the rooftops of the village. You can linger there for a few minutes, and visit the Maritime History Museum which is hidden within its walls. Otherwise, go up to the Pointe du Cimetière and walk along the sea as far as the Lighthouse which marks the entrance to the port of St Tropez.

St Tropez weekend : day 2

Explore the surroundings

10h : climb aboard a yacht

To discover the coasts of the peninsula, you have two choices. Some will prefer the luxury of an elegant motorboat and head for Porquerolles, the iconic island. Others will be more adventurous during their St Tropez weekend and embark on an old wooden sailboat, heading towards Port-Cros.

But whether you're a jet setter or a pirate, or even both, don't miss out on a sea excursion during your luxury escape in St Tropez.

16h : climb to the peak of the gulf

After having explored St Tropez on the sea side, it's time to go ashore. Climb aboard a gleaming convertible and take the winding roads up to the village of Gassin. Perched on a rock, this authentic Provencal village overlooks the gulf.

Stroll through the streets and let yourself be guided by the scent of bougainvillea and the song of cicadas. On the way down, stop at a wine producer who will reveal the secrets of these vines hanging on the hillside.

18h : travel from St Tropez to Venice

Take the Chemin du Golfe and continue on to Port-Grimaud. This village, which looks like a Provencal Venice, is well worth the detour. Marvel at this rainbow of facades and shutters leaning over the canals

You can discover the lakeside city on foot, or opt for a walk along the water. Climb aboard a notch and let yourself be guided through this maze of Venetian canals and bridges. Before leaving, don't forget to stop at the Place François Spoerry, where the Magistral Fountain, decorated with azulejos, is enthroned.

St tropez weekend : day 3

Indulge in farniente - the glamourous version

11h : have a lie-in at Villa Apolline

Put your suitcases down at Villa Apolline. Nestled in the heart of the prestigious private domain of the St Tropez Parks, this exceptional residence is the perfect setting for your vacations in St-Tropez. It is like being alone on earth, just a stone's throw from the village and the beach of Pampelonne, and yet completely cut off from the world

You can indulge in la dolce vita, going from late mornings in the master bedroom, from where you have a breathtaking view of the sea, to naps by the private swimming pool. And if you feel like leaving your ivory tower, you only have to take a few steps to get back to a secret cove, only accessible from the estate.

17h : enjoy a massage at the spa at La Réserve

Move away a little from the exalted center of St Tropez to find peace and quiet. A few minutes from the port, overlooking the beaches of Ramatuelle, La Réserve is the most elegant of refuges. It is the most elegant of refuges. It is the perfect place for a timeless interlude, face to face with the omnipresent nature.

The invigorating smell of eucalyptus, the freshness coming from the sea and the song of the cicadas which gradually fades away in the background: everything comes together to live a unique moment. Choose from the spa's signature treatments or enjoy a session of balneotherapy to get the most of your St Tropez stay.

19h : enjoy an aperitif on the sandy beach

It's almost time to leave St Tropez and your weekend in Provence. But before you do, there is still one stage you cannot miss. As the sun slowly fades into the sea, and the clouds form pink or orange shadows over the peninsula, the mythical clubs on the most beautiful beaches of St Tropez fill up.

It's time for an aperitif. A glass of champagne at Club 55, a royal Mojito on Tahiti beach or a small yellow one at the terrace of the salt marshes: it doesn't matter, as long as friends and the sunset are there.
